Orion Foot orthotics are precisely crafted by a certified orthotist with experience in creating over 70,000 custom orthotics. Based on your foot impressions and the details you submit at checkout, we develop the highest quality orthotic design tailored specifically for you, eliminating the need for an office visit or copay. Ensuring your satisfaction is paramount, and your provider will gladly adjust your orthotics within 60 days if needed. We also keep your mold on file for up to two years, making it easy to reorder new orthotics in any design you require.

It typically takes about a week to acclimate to your custom foot orthotics for full-time wear. Here are some tips for the most effective way to adjust to them: Start by wearing your orthotics for one hour on the first day, then increase the wearing time by one hour each subsequent day—two hours on the second day, three hours on the third, and so on. You can wear them longer if you feel comfortable, or reduce the time if needed. If you experience pain before the time is up, remove the orthotics. Do not extend the wearing time the next day, but rather continue with your planned schedule the following day, increasing the duration by one hour daily.
