Each pair provides personalized arch support, pressure distribution, and alignment to help improve comfort and relieve foot pain.

Your custom foot orthotics are designed by an ABC-certified orthotist with more than 18 years of experience. Using your foot impressions and the information you provide about your foot condition, footwear, and activities, each pair is individually designed to provide personalized arch support, comfort, and alignment. Your orthotics can be adjusted within 90 days if needed, and your foot impressions are kept on file for up to two years, making future reorders easy.

Everyone adjusts to custom foot orthotics differently. Some people notice improved comfort within the first one to two weeks, while others may need more time depending on their foot condition, symptoms, activity level, and orthotic design. A gradual break-in period allows your feet and body to adapt to the new support and alignment. If your orthotics need fine-tuning, Orion Foot offers adjustments within 90 days to help achieve the best possible fit and comfort.

Custom foot orthotics should provide comfortable arch support without creating excessive pressure or pain. Because your feet and body may need time to adjust to the new support and alignment, a gradual break-in period is recommended. Most people need about one to two weeks to gradually adjust to custom foot orthotics. Start by wearing your orthotics for about one hour on the first day, then increase wear time by approximately one hour each day as tolerated. If you experience discomfort, remove the orthotics and allow your feet to rest rather than pushing through the pain. Gradually increasing wear time helps your feet and body adjust to the new arch support and alignment.
