Email is the best way to get in touch with us, and we aim to answer every email within 24 hours, if not sooner. Each response comes directly from our team. We promise to get back to you as soon as we can. To help us resolve your questions ASAP, include the full name, email address, and shipping address associated with your account.

As an online company, support questions must be brought to us via email or text, as we don’t have a customer support phone line. Responding to our automated alerts won’t notify our Success Team, however, you can contact us via SMS at

855-674-6636. Our hours are 6am-6pm PST. We strive to answer all SMS within 24 hours, though we work hard to reply sooner when possible!

For any medical questions contact your orthotics provider directly via your Orion Foot account. Our web interface also allows you to securely upload Photos at any time. Uploading photos without a message will not alert your medical provider.

If you would like your providers to review new photos, please submit them via a new message If you have trouble getting in contact with your provider, don’t hesitate to send an email to our Orion Foot Success team and they’ll be happy to help. While you cannot retake your initial skin quiz, you can submit a new consultation with updated information and photos, anytime. Click here to reach out to your orthotics provider.

Our orthotics providers are committed to responding to messages within 3-4 days during the week and over holidays and weekends Because Orion Foot does not handle medical emergencies, it’s very important that you be seen and evaluated promptly if you have urgent concerns.

If you feel you need a faster response than we can give you via our messaging system, we recommend that you contact your primary care provider and/or go to your nearest urgent care center or emergency room. If an emergency does happen, please message your Orion Foot provider, so that an appropriate follow-up can be planned.
