Orion Foot does not accept, or process returns or exchanges, your order of two pairs insert, if you ordered them at the same time.
You can order one insert for trial of 30 days and order the second pair within a 3 month. you will still receive the benefit of 10 percent discount for both insert on your second order. Orion Foot will not accept, or process returns or exchange on your second order.

Participant Agreement

Each person who uses the services to sell, promote, or purchase items must accept the terms and conditions of this Participant Agreement (the “Agreement”) without change. By registering with OrionFoot and using the services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement and all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.
If OrionFoot significantly amends this Agreement, we will provide you with at least seven (7) days’ notice before the changes take effect by sending a notice to the email address registered to your account or by placing a notice on the Site. During this period, you may reject the changes by terminating your account. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amendments to this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to all visitors who access the services (“Users”). Users may use the service to sell and/or offer certain products (“Products”). If you use the service to sell or offer Products, you are a “Seller.” Please review the Seller Addendum for specific provisions applicable to Sellers.
If you are using the service to promote Products sold by Sellers, you are classified as an “ORO.” Refer to the ORO Addendum for more information. Similarly, Users purchasing Products through the service are referred to as “Buyers.” Specific provisions for Buyers are outlined in Section 3 of this Agreement.
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1 Eligibility Requirements
OrionFoot services are available only to individuals who are 18 years or older and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information provided is accurate and truthful. OrionFoot reserves the right to deny access to any person or entity at its sole discretion.
Individuals under 18 must use OrionFoot services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. In this case, the supervising adult is considered the Seller and is responsible for all activities.
1.2 Compliance
You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and content. Additionally, you must follow OrionFoot’s policies, including this Agreement and all other rules and procedures.
1.3 Password Security
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activities resulting from the failure to maintain password confidentiality. Notify OrionFoot immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches. OrionFoot is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your password.
1.4 Account and Payment Information
Your account details, including email address and payment information, must be kept up to date. Sellers must maintain a valid Stripe account or other approved payment system and agree to applicable terms.
1.5 Right to Refuse Service
OrionFoot reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.
2. Buyer Terms
2.1 Fees and Payments
Buyers are responsible for all fees related to health care services or products purchased through OrionFoot, including fees collected on behalf of health care organizations or providers.
2.2 Purchasing Items
By purchasing from a Seller on OrionFoot, you agree that:
(a) You have read and understood the item description and store policies.
(b) You have made the appropriate payment.
(c) Accurate shipping information has been provided.
(d) You may be responsible for applicable taxes.
2.3 Prescription Products
Certain Products require a prescription from a licensed physician. OrionFoot will facilitate the submission of prescriptions but is not liable if the consulting physician does not issue a prescription or provide services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. OrionFoot does not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
Limitation of Liabilities
OrionFoot, its affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the services.
Applicable Law and Arbitration
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Newport Beach, CA.
