You can try and wear your orthotics for 14 -30 days, and if you have any complication or discomfort , you can your orthotics back to it to us with free shipping  label that we provide to you. We adjust and modify your orthotics for better comfort and fit. If you still won’t have your satisfaction after  2^nd trial, you can return it within 60 days and get your full money back.

Orion Foot does not accept, or process returns or exchanges, your order of two pairs insert, if you ordered them at the same time.

You can order one insert for trial of 30 days and order the second pair within a 3 month. you will still receive the benefit of 20 percent discount for both insert on your second order. Orion Foot will not accept, or process returns or exchange on your second order.

If you do not wish to receive a shipment, please contact our customer service via hello@orionf-foot.com , two business days before your order goes to fabrication lab.

Once a shipment has processed (meaning it has been billed and entered our fabrication lab and it cannot be cancelled).
