After you sign up, you’re paired with a licensed provider who evaluates your feet and determines which design to prescribe, right from your mobile device or computer. No office visit, no copay. Your provider has your back—and can adjust your orthotics as your within 60 days, if neccesity. We will store your mold up to two years, so if you need more orthotics we will send the new one in any designs.

When you sign up for the trial, you’ll get a 60 days of your custom foot care orthotics — designed by ORION FOOT orthotists. As the end of your trial period approaches, you can log in to your account to adjust your orthotics. It means, after your first 60 days you’ll be able to send the orthotics back for necessity adjustment. If you don’t love it after try the adjusted orthotics for another two weeks, you will receive full refund.
1) Wear your orthotics for up to one hour the first day, two hours the second day, three hours the third day, etc. You may wear them more if comfortable or less if necessary.
2) If your orthotics cause pain before you have worn them for the scheduled period, remove them. On the second day, do not attempt to increase the wearing time. Then resume your schedule the following day, increasing the wearing period one hour per day.
3) Be sure to wear stockings or socks to minimize the possibility of skin irritation.
